Vystar issue

I understand that there's been an issue with Simplifi being able to connect to Vystar going back to the 27th and that it's being worked on. I'd like to understand whose side this issue is on though. This is a long time to go without a service that I rely on.

Thanks for reaching out! I do apologize for the recent issues with Vystar Credit Union. We do have an alert up for Vystar currently returning a FDP-106 error in Quicken Simplifi. Is that the issue you are experiencing? If so you will want to follow our alert for updates on the issue going forward. We will be sure to post there when we have more information!
