The Standard 401k connection not working FDP-101 error (edited)
The FDP-101 error is occurring again with my 401K account with thestandard.com It has been occurring for the last few weeks, and hasn't resolved itself. May need to open up another case regarding this…

Thanks for reaching out! I can see on our side that you have been experiencing an FDP-101 error. When researching on my side, I discovered that we do have two instances for The Standard that I can see. The one you have been trying is listed as "Masterplan - Retirement Planning" and one listed as "Securian Retd. Center". Have you tried the latter to see if it works for you?

Hi @Coach Jon I get the same error when attempting to connect with the Securian option as well.

I did verify that we are aware of this issue with Masterplan - Retirement Planning and Securian Retd. Center. We do have an alert up now in the community that you can follow for updates on the issue. We will be sure to post there when we have new information!
