Amex transactions downloading to both Amex HYS accounts

I have 2 Amex HYSA accounts, and am experiencing the same issue. Transactions from one account come in, are duplicated across both accounts, while the second account is never updated.

BTW I tried wiping the accounts and reconnecting, didn't fix.
