I have transactions that show up in reports but not in the spending plan.

What might create this situation?

    There are tick boxes on transaction detail to "exclude from reports" and "exclude from spending plan". Is only the latter ticked?

    it might be in a different area of the spending plan than you expect. For example, recurring transactions and transfers are in the income after bills section.

    Thanks Rob…that was it..The item was in the bills section so it wouldn't show up where I wanted it till the item was deleted in the bills. I thought that when you put it in one of the sections it would be automatically removed from the other.
