PenFed balances double counting pending transactions (edited)

This is all the same problem as the 11/11 Multiple FI alert.

But this is another fresh example:

Pending transactions in simplifi:

Top corner adjustment:

You can see the balance $59.99 there

In about 4-6 hours, the adjustment on top right will switch to $0 and the balance will correctly show $0.

Bank Balance and Available credit (max limit is 12,500) which also shows (in available credit) a caculatable pending total:

FI Name: PENFED (Pentagon Federal Credit Union). Account name in QS: "PenFed PSR |17.99%|12.5k"

This problem is not FI specific. It happens on all my accounts when there is a pending transaction. When i initially enter a manual transaction it is fine, then it syncs and it is wrong (the transaction does NOT link or download from bank at first sync, but the top right shows an adjustment as above). Then, it syncs again, and is right.

… And at the next sync, when I expected it to fix, instead I got FDP-102 from the PenFed connection (Friday Evening).

Worked differently this morning:

-It downloaded an overnight transaction -before- I could enter a manual transaction (on the first sync after the transaction happened).

-The balance was right after this transaction was downloaded.

It's not clear right now if:

-It's fixed

-Or maybe the problem is specific to when manual transactions were entered first.

p.s. Thanks to Coach Natalie for fixing my typing error for "Available" (which I did twice). Because of that mistake, I reactivated my Grammarly subscription, which might help catch similar errors.
