San Francisco Federal Credit Union - zero balance

My credit union used to show balances in the past, but for the last month everything shows a zero balance. How do I fix this?

    Thanks for reaching out! To help clarify your situation, can you please provide a screenshot showing the issue you are experiencing with this account in Quicken Simplifi? If it is balance-related, maybe resetting the account connection may work.
