Reset Simplifi Account

Is it possible to reset my entire Simplifi account as if I had just created it so I can start over from scratch?

Thanks…and I have done all that. I want to also reset any customizations and deletions of categories and other such items that I may have done so that is the same as it was when I first logged in. Is there a way to do that?

For the second part, you may need to ask official support. I am not aware of a way to reset categories to Simplifi provided only.
