Hello @ajstar,
To help troubleshoot this issue, I checked on our end and can see you're getting a FDP-103 (invalid credentials) error when you try to connect the account. If J.Crew changed the financial institution that services the account, that could be the reason you're seeing this error. However, just to verify that it isn't an issue with invalid credentials, I recommend following these steps:
- Enable the “Show Password” option to confirm no typographical errors.
- If you’re using a password manager, please manually type it in instead, in case the one saved is outdated.
- Depending on how many times you have attempted to add your accounts, you may have gotten locked out, so please verify that you can sign into the financial institution’s website using the exact same credentials.
If the account is being serviced by Synchrony now, then it's possible that you may be able to connect using CareCredit, since that is also serviced by Synchrony.
Please let me know how it goes!
