Support for Virgin Red Rewards Mastercard (through Synchrony Bank)?

Hi - unable to login to mysynchrony to add my new Virgin Red Rewards Mastercard. Wondering if the team can add functionality for this as it will probably be the difference between me keeping my subscription or not. Curious if other users also encountering similar difficulties?

Thanks for reaching out! To help clarify your situation, what URL do you use when signing in to your Virgin Red Rewards Mastercard? On our side, I can see that you are getting an FDP-103 error when attempting to connect through some of the Synchrony instances available in Quicken Simplifi, so it may be that your credentials are not working for those instances.
