Unable to connect Amex HYS account

Having a similar problem: Have 2 American Express cards (under one account) that update regularly and my AmEx HYSA was fine about a month ago, although I always had to give login credentials. The HYSA no longer updates and when connecting to the account I am only given the option to connect/reconnect to the credit cards. I tried deleting the HYSA from Simplifi and then adding account (both from above Dashboard and also from within Settings/Accounts and have no option to add the HYSA.

Thank you for reaching out! To clarify your situation, when you try connecting to American Express to add your HYS account, it is not showing up as an option to add, correct? You mentioned deleting the account. Can you still see the account in Settings > Accounts?
Additionally, what instance are you using to connect? Are you using the 'American Express' instance?
