Online Payments

Long time windows user now using MAC. Before using my windows version I could use a tool called Online Payment which would send a message to my direct connection US Bank account to pay a credit card bill. It did not use Quicken's bill paying system, instead the Bank would do it on my instruction and it didn't cost me anything. Now that I've switched to MAC I can't find this process and only see the Quicken Bill Pay Service that does cost. Am I missing something or do I have to go about this in a different way?
