    I agree with you RockLee, investment transactions should be part of the normal transaction management with additional types as needed. Then, we can import, export, and mass edit as needed.

    I've only been using it for a month or so and have been quite frustrated as a new user. I have learned to ignore bank balances and projected cash flow for my checking account until at least a day after I have had any pending transactions - most of my transactions hit my credit card, so this is feasible for me. Sometimes, I can get what I want by switching from bank balance to balance with pending or back, depending on the current state.

    It might be helpful if they allowed -2- refreshes every 4-6 hours, at least we could "kind of work around" the balance concerns. So it would do one refresh, and when it was done we could immediately do a second one (correcting it), then we could wait out the remainder of the 4-6 hours for the next one.

    I agree, it's very frustrating!

    I've spent a lot of time both debugging this and providing info to Simplifi to (hopefully) help them fix it. I haven't yet gotten to the point of looking for alternatives…

    I've been on for a year and the balance issues only started around 2 months ago, occasionally, but seems to be much worse now. I'm with BofA. Very frustrating as I use the app primarily for the Cashflow and this issue completely messes up the cashflow. My issue is now having paid the huge increase in subscription for an app that is faulty for my purpose with no end in sight for a fix.

    Thanks for your post. Mine hasn't been correct since last Wednesday, and yesterday's refreshes were a complete disaster. I even have one transaction that has triplicated itself. Maybe today will be my lucky day. Like many others, I also run Quicken Classic simultaneously so at least I have the basics covered accurately. I have 10 months left with this Simplifi subscription, so hopefully they can get it right at some point.
