Problems with linking to MassMutual.com
My wife and I were connected to our annuity accounts…Something changed in the last Simplify update. We can no longer have both our accounts linked. We have individual login but Simplify ify want to log us in through each of our accounts. This is new. I tried to delete our accounts and add them individually but Simplify wants to group them and log in with only one of our credentials

To clarify the issue, are you saying that your accounts are identified under your wife's login information and vice versa? If so, are either of you authorized users on the other's accounts or anything along those lines? Do you see her accounts when you sign into the bank's website using your login information?
