FDP-530 for Royal Bank of Canada Wealth Management
For the past few days I have been receiving a FDP-530 error when trying to update my accounts in RBCWM. I attempted to reset the connection but have continued to receive the same error. Is the Simplifi team aware of this issue, and if so is there a timeline for resolving it? Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out! We are not aware of a known issue affecting RBC Wealth Management at this time. I would suggest trying with a fresh new connection! You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. I also see that we have a couple of instances for this financial institution in Quicken Simplifi. Have you tried them both?
