Dovenmuehle Mortgage is not working for 2 weeks now.
has a borrower button which opensup . Both Dovenmuehle and Mortgage links are not working for last 2 weeks. Appreciate any help on this? [removed]. FDP-102 error. Please try after sometime is what it says. I can login directly without any issues.

To clarify, did you mean FDP-102 error, or are you actually seeing a FDP-12 error? When I check on our end, I can see that you have been getting FDP-102 errors.
To troubleshoot the issue, since it's been persisting longer than 48 hours, please make the problem account(s) manual (for instructions on making an account manual, click here), then re-add (for instructions on adding an account, click here), and carefully re-link the account(s) (for instructions on linking an account, click here).
Please let me know how it goes!

It is FDP-102 error. I fixed the above message now. @Coach Kristina

Did making the account manual and re-adding/re-linking it correct the issue, or are you still seeing FDP-102?

For now I just disabled the automatic update and continue with manual update. It would not resolve the original issue. But this is better for me for an update/change which happens only monthly once (mortgage account). :-)
