Why bills/subscriptions are not in Planned Spending?

When you have recurring bills and subscriptions that you know will occur in the future they should be part of your planned spending. This seems to be obvious, but I'm baffled why they are not taken into account in the Planned Spending view for future months. It allows manually adding monthly expenses, so need to maintain the bill and the expense separately for the same recurring payments.

income after bills section gives you your starting money for the month based on what money comes in and what has to come out of that. Planned spending is not a budget, it is more for things you plan to spend in advance of spending it that aren't bills.. It holds that money aside in spending plan, other spending is unplanned spending, and can be averaged to forecast unplanned spending for future months.

Recurring bills are listed only under income after bills and reduce the income accordingly. Planned spending shows spending by designated categories that is not accounted for in bills or subscriptions.
