"Call me" feature is misleading
This feature currently misleads us by setting expectations (getting a call back in the next few minutes) that cannot be met.
Much more preferrable would be a call-back process where we could choose an available time to get a call (Comcast/Xfinity does this). That way we know when to expect a call and can move on with other things in the meantime.

Thanks for reaching out, we appreciate the feedback. We can definitely understand that users expect a call as soon as possible when using the Call Me option on our support site. Generally, a support agent will call the user back as soon as they are available. If you would like to submit a feature request for this idea, you may definitely feel free to!
