TIAA Care code: FDP-102

My TIAA accounts have been unable to connect for over a week despite trying to reset. I have seen similar posts that say the issue was resolved but it does not seem to be. I have verified that the username and password work correctly when signing in to the website and there are no alerts there or requests for actions.
Any help would be appreciated.

I've had this error for at least a month now, and cannot add TIAA accounts now. Is there any progress on a solution? Thanks
