All my transactions are marked as cleared in Simplifi
Hello. I just started using Simplifi, and noticed that all of my transactions are marked as cleared by the program- I didn't do anything. I want the ability to manually clear each transaction to verify each one. Is this feature not available in Simplifi?

There is a reviewed option, which lets you mark transactions reviewed.
But the cleared transaction is downloaded from the bank (whether the transaction is cleared or not depends on its status at the bank). Also, uncleared transactions are applied on top of the bank balance, when you clear them, it's assumed they are in the bank balance and they are no longer used for calculations of balance.

I'm a new Simplifi user as well and also like to review each transaction. I discovered that transaction statuses of "Cleared" or "Pending" refer to the status with your bank. Simplifi does provide a "Reviewed" option but it took me some time to figure this out… From the Transactions list, if you hover your mouse on the transaction between the "Account" and "Date" columns, icons of a flag and a checkmark will appear. The checkmark represents "Reviewed" when you click it. You can also check the "Reviewed" checkmark from the "View Transaction" view. The green checkmarks provide a good visual of which transactions I have reviewed and which ones I have not. I hope this helps.

Thanks for your helpful comments- that's really helpful. So I used the reviewed option (green checkmark) on a couple of transactions, but notice that when I exit to the transactions list, that green checkmark doesn't show up so I can't tell from that view which transactions I have reviewed. Is that the case for you? However, if I choose a flag color for the transactions that I have reviewed, the flags do show in the transactions list. Thanks for your help.

Have you enabled the reviewed column in the transaction list? There's a little gear icon towards the top right of transactions list which should let you select that.

Thank you, it wasn't enabled.

You can also filter the transaction list to only show unreviewed transactions so you know which ones to look at - it's under the Advanced section when you click the Filters button at the top of the transaction list.
I do this and it works out great.

Thank you, that's a great option I didn't know about.
