PayPal Credit Not Updating

Anyone else seeing this. I have tried changing to manual and reconnecting, but now the balance doesn't even update. Prior to this I had a balance, but there were no transactions displayed in the register.

    To clarify, are you referring to a PayPal Credit Card or Credit account? And which bank option are you using to connect the account in Quicken Simplifi? Does the account have any recent activity?
