I went ahead and moved this out of Missing Financial Institution Requests so we can have you try the bank option listed as "Synchrony Savings" in Quicken Simplifi —

When I click on the URL for this bank from within Quicken Simplifi, the page that opens to the bank's website is the same one you provided, so it should work for you.

@AdamSBudget I have a HYS at Synchrony and have a stable connection via the above connect screen. I have my account set to update monthly since I typically only have two transactions/month in this account - a monthly deposit and the monthly interest deposit.
