Care Code FDP-102 with John Hancock

I've found in this community :
There was a known issue for John Hancock Retirement Plan Services, but that issue was resolved as of 11/22/24 and was for an FDP-102 error.
but my account continues with the Error.
What can be done to get my account reconnected to John Hancock?
