Manulife One FDP-155 error (edited)

Hi there, I’m trying to add my Manulife one accout to simplifi and getting an error FDP-155.

“Unable to connect to Manulife bank of Canada at this time”

is this a temporary issue, can Manulife one account be added as this is my mortgage and everyday account..

    Hello @RSanchez,

    I'm sorry to hear you're encountering this issue. When I check, I can see 2 connection options in Quicken Simplifi. Are you getting the same error message with both of them?

  • thanks for the response, I have only tried the first one since I don’t have a Manulife Visa

    When attempting the connection from my end using dummy login credentials, I also receive the FDP-155 error, which means that the bank is permanently or indefinitely blocking connection traffic. For this particular error, we recommend that you contact the bank directly regarding the connectivity issues.
