Like many people I cannot connect to my Ascensus account. I am trying to add it to Simplifi for the first time. Each time I try the login goes through and I am asked to answer my security question and I successfully do that I get this error:
"We are unable to connect to Ascensus - RPLink at this time. Please try again later.Care Code: FDP-102"
I have tried every few days for the last 3 weeks and it always fails with FDP-102.
