Ascensus - RPLink FDP-102

Like many people I cannot connect to my Ascensus account. I am trying to add it to Simplifi for the first time. Each time I try the login goes through and I am asked to answer my security question and I successfully do that I get this error:
"We are unable to connect to Ascensus - RPLink at this time. Please try again later.Care Code: FDP-102"
I have tried every few days for the last 3 weeks and it always fails with FDP-102.

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear about your recent trouble with Ascensus. I do know that users have found success connecting to this financial institution outside of peak hours. I would suggest trying outside of those times to see if it works for you at that point. Let us know if that works for you!

I tried to connect several times during the weekend and still get this same error message:
"We are unable to connect to Ascensus - RPLink at this time. Please try again later.Care Code: FDP-102"
Any other suggestions?

Hello @Cruisemode3,
Thanks for the reply! Since Ascensus is part of Vanguard, and Vanguard does block connection traffic during market trading hours (see here), I'd suggest trying again this weekend so we can see the connection attempts occurring outside of peak hours.

@Cruisemode3, I had another Ascensus customer recently who also experienced the FDP-102 error. This is what they said ended up working for them:
