Excluding"Hold" income from projected cash flow?

Hi folks,
I'm curious if anybody knows a way to exclude "Hold" income transactions from project future cash flow? From what I'm understanding, it appears that Simplifi is categorizing pending transactions in my checking account as future income with category of "Hold". I'm not understanding the rationale of this, and it's making future cash flows projections unreliable. I know how to not include in reports and spending plan, but is there a way not include these transactions in project cash flow?

Hello @mikeyheights,
To better assist, could you please clarify how this is causing issues with your projected cash flow? For example, is it causing double counting (both a reminder and the pending transaction causing the cash flow to see that income twice)?
I look forward to your reply!

Hello,
Simplifi is categorzing pending debit transactions as Personal Income, Payee= Hold. I am able to exclude these from the spending plan, but not from projected cash flow. If you see in the screenshot, Simplifi is adding these transactions to projected cash flow. They are not income. These are debit transactions.

Hello @mikeyheights,
Thanks for the screenshot! To clarify, is this issue just showing as a one-time thing or have you seen this issue multiple times? If you go to Settings > All Recurring, does the 'Hold' transaction appear there? Additionally, we do have a great article on how projected cash flow works within Quicken Simplifi here:

I have seen this issue multiple times. I've checked All Recurring and 'HOLD' transactions are not included.

Hello @mikeyheights,
Thanks for the clarification. I would have you verify if a fresh connection resolves the problem here. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. Let us know if that works!

Hello, Thank you for the suggestion but that did not work. I'm just really confused as to why pending debit transactions are getting recognized as future income. It doesn't make sense to me.

Hello @mikeyheights,
Thank you for letting us know. Based on the screenshot you shared previously, the date in projected cash flow has passed by now for those "Hold" transactions. Is the issue still occurring in projected cash flow, and if so, can you provide another screenshot showing the issue within projected cash flow? Additionally, does this issue appear in another browser/incognito mode?
