Can't Add Shell Card Account

I'm not having any luck adding a Shell (gas) credit card account. This is a Citi Bank managed card if that info helps.
An error window states there is an action I need to perform on their website, but darned if I can figure out what that might be.
Thanks for any help with this.

@TheReal702, thanks for posting this issue to the Community!
I personally have a Shell Mastercard and I have it connected to the "Shell Mastercard - Citibank" option —
Can you give this a try and let us know how it goes, please?

@Coach Natalie that didn't want to work either, and gave the same care code.
One thing I see, is that I use this link to log in to my Shell account on the web, but can't find the same link when trying to set up this account in Simplifi

@TheReal702, thanks for giving that option a try!
Since you're receiving the FDP-108 error with both connection options, it seems that it may be valid. The FDP-108 error indicates that there is some form of action or messaging that you need to acknowledge or bypass on the bank's website, which could be as simple as marketing material. If you don't see anything when signing in from your regular browser, try from a different browser or in incognito mode. I'd also suggest trying the bank's mobile app if you use it.

With Safari incognito I get FDP-102
In Google Chrome I get FDP-108
Trying again in regular Safari I get FDP-102, and as you can see in the above screenshot I got FDP-108 earlier today.
It's probably something on my end that I can't figure out <shrug>

@TheReal702, did you try signing into your bank's website to see if there is something to acknowledge or bypass? This is what I was recommending you try from a different browser or incognito due to the FDP-108 error.
The FDP-102 error is likely temporary or intermittent. We do have an Alert for this issue, but I would honestly suggest trying outside of peak hours, such as in the evening time:
Thanks!

Thank you very much for your help with this. As you posted the above message I wrapped up a lengthy telephone call with Shell. The person I spoke with deleted my online account with Shell, then we created another one. Apparently there is a glitch in their system, and I am just one of many that had this problem. Once the new online account was created, I was successful in adding this account to Simplifi.
Again, thank you very much. Stay warm and be safe!
