Quicken Lifetime Overview -- inflation source?

I have a question about how Quicken uses inflation. In Quicken Classic Deluxe, I am running the Quicken Lifetime Overview Report with the checkbox for "adjust for inflation" option selected. Where is it getting the rate of inflation from? The results don't match CPI data. They also don't match the "average long term inflation" setting I chose in the Lifetime Planner settings. (I've tried setting that to 0%, 3%, and 10% and restarting/rerunning the report with no change to the report results.) Thanks!

Quicken Classic is a different thing than Quicken Simplifi. Please check the classic forum.
