Mobile Releases 5.23.0 & 5.23.1

Hello everyone!
Here are the issues and features we were able to tackle with the 5.23.0 and 5.23.1 Mobile Releases, released January 30th & February 5th:
- FIXED: Planned Spending items are not sorted alphabetically.
- FIXED: The Monthly Summary Report doesn't always show a correct % change.
- FIXED: 'Payee Name' is not populated in the Track a Refund page for new payees.
- FIXED: Inconsistent reporting of total expenses between iPad/Mobile App and Web App.
- FIXED: Using the "Uncategorized" filter includes the 'Balance Adjustment' category.
- FIXED: Parent Category is deselected in Filters after saving Parent + Subs and then opening Filters again.
- FIXED: Issue with how completed Savings Goals show in the Spending Plan in certain conditions.
- FIXED: Clicking "Don't show again" when creating a future-dated transaction does not create the transaction.
- FIXED: The graph falls off the Investments Dashboard card on iPad.
- FIXED: The Edit Cash modal is using the Edit Holding form.
- FIXED: The Top Spending Dashboard card shows $0 amounts.
- FIXED: Minor fixes and enhancements for Quicken Simplifi Business & Personal.
- FIXED: Various errors and crashes.
- UPDATED: The design of the investment percentage chips.
- UPDATED: "Bills & Payments" was renamed to "Bills & Income".
- ADDED: A Taxes Report.
- ADDED: The ability to hide excluded transactions from Planned Spending and Other Spending.
