Adding in another comment to please get NewRez set up as soon as possible. Just so other poster know, this issue has been raised for years without any progress or timeline. Based on other issues I've seen brought up in the forms I'm very doubtful they will look at this issue in a timely manner. I have also considered moving to a competitor since they can't connect to my mortgage holder. Just wanted newer people to realize this isn't a fresh issue.

NewRez connection is badly needed. I'm able to add NewRez to Fidelity Full View which is a free product for Fidelity customers, why is this missing on a paid product? Originally reported back in Dec 2023
