Watchlists not working for over a year

I have an open ticket for my Watchlists not working (they all always show $0 and count no transactions whatsoever no matter how much is actually spent).
I contacted support about this over a year ago but have not received any resolution. I follow up periodically and every time I'm told the ticket remains open and being worked on but given the delay I've lost confidence that it will ever be resolved.
I'm just checking to see if the Coaches here can provide greater transparency into the process for resolving issues like this. Is this issue actually being actively worked on? Or is my ticket languishing at the bottom of a backlogged pile? I'm reluctant to keep paying for a product that simply doesn't work.

Thanks for reaching out. I did look up the ticket on our side and can confirm that our product team is still working on the issue. I wish we could give an ETA, but unfortunately, we would not have that information here in the community. As soon as a resolution is found, you should be reached out to via chat support again.
