How can I request Quicken to fix broken biller connections?

Hello,
I'm attempting to connect the Washington State DOT Toll system to my Quicken account as a recurring biller. Quicken does have them listed as an available option to connect:
However, after attempting to connect, Simplifi eventually times out. I suspect this is because the login URL that Quicken is using is incorrect. The URL listed above (https://mygoodtogo.com/olcsc/AccountLogin.do) returns a 404 error on the WSDOT toll website.
Is there a way to report this to Quicken to fix?

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. When I check our internal tools, I can see that the connection is showing degraded, which means it is a known issue that's in work, but we have no ETA. I submitted a bug report to let the team working on the issue know that you are also impacted by this.

A lot of the billers don't work, I've only gotten one or two to ever connect, and they've soon after failed. I believe by posting this here, you have reported it to Quicken. However, the 3rd party company that handles the billing I believe is called BillGo (https://billgo.com/) but i might be wrong. You may have some luck with talking to them.
