When typing into the transactions search field, the field blurs (unfocuses) as soon as results are found. This usually means that after typing a few characters, I have to click back on the search box to continue typing and continue clicking on it after every character I type.

To be clear, are you talking about the mobile app (Android or Apple) or are you talking about the web (and which browser)? I haven't seen this happen in either place. I wonder if you have some kind of extension installed that may be interfering, for example, I've seen this kind of behavior on the Chase message composer (not Quicken simplifi) when the grammarly extension is not explicitly disabled for that site.
