[ONGOING] 3/19/25: Incorrect Balance Information with Coastal Federal Credit Union

We are currently seeing an issue with users trying to connect with Coastal Federal Credit Union receiving incorrect balance information in Quicken Simplifi. The balances and transaction signs for Checking, Savings, and Credit Card accounts at Coastal Federal Credit Union display incorrectly. However, the value of the balance will be correct in Quicken Simplifi:
- Checking Accounts:
- The balance is showing as negative when it should be positive.
- Transactions are incorrectly categorized as positive when they should be negative.
- Savings Accounts:
- The balance is showing as negative when it should be positive.
- Transactions are incorrectly categorized as negative when they should be positive.
- Credit Card Accounts:
- Charges are displayed as payments, and payments are displayed as charges.
- This issue affects how balances and transactions appear in Quicken Simplifi.
