Unable to connect to Nordstrom Visa or Numerica Credit Union

I have been unable to connect to the following institutions. Nordstrom Visa for over 3 months and Numerica Credit Union for over one year. My subscription comes up in about 8 months. I will not renew unless this gets fixed.

We are currently recommending users who are experiencing this issue to contact the bank directly to help make them aware of the impact and push things along from that end.

As for your issue with Numerica, can you let us know what error you are seeing? I ask because I am unable to see an error from our side for you. Let us know!
