NEW 3/28/25: Changes to Citi Personal Wealth Management

Quicken Simplifi users who use Citi Personal Wealth Management may encounter an issue with their connection. We have a new bank option in Quicken Simplifi for this connection called "Citi - Wealth Management".
To disconnect from the old Citi Personal Wealth Management and reconnect to the new Citi - Wealth Management, please follow these steps:
- Make your Citi Wealth Management account(s) manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to "Citi - Wealth Management".
- Carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
