hello friends!

I’m able to add my Citi credit card to my Simplifi account just fine, but my personal loan account doesn’t show up in the list of accounts I can add during the authorization process

Are Citi personal loans not supported?

Hello @Vinorixus,

Thank you for letting us know you're not seeing an option to connect your loan account. I checked on our end and can see you're using the Citibank connection option. According to our list of supported financial institutions, that connection option does not support connecting loan accounts.

So that I can check if we have any connection options that may work, please provide the exact URL that you use when logging into your loan account directly through the financial institution website.

Thank you for your quick response :)

I use the same URL which I use for my credit cards: https://www.citi.com
When I login it takes me to https://online.citi.com/US/ag/dashboard/summary which has my loan amount
When I view my loan it takes me to https://online.citi.com/US/ag/dashboard/loan which has my loan details

I checked our list of supported financial institutions and, unfortunately, couldn't find any connections with that URL that support loan accounts. You can create a missing financial institution request to ask for a connection to be added. For information on doing that, please see this post:
