Spending Plan Frustration

I continue to experience in consistencies with the spending plan bills and subscriptions. All are listed in my recurring bills/subscriptions but they come and go in my spending plan. My gas bill, cell phone are missing for April but appear for May. My mortgage appeared in March but is missing going forward. It doesn't have and end and it has not been excluded from the spending plan. I created a new one but then I have two in recurring mortgages so I deleted the new one. March is missing the sewer bill. Why do things keep disappearing then reappearing. . For income, in March, it has my income multiple times. It did not link my paycheck with the recurring income so it is in there twice. Help

@Michellejs My advice is to edit the series for phone and gas and choose start date of April 1 (or the date of your next bill) to see if that brings it back. It won't delink the earlier ones if you just edit the next ones. I would do the same then with the Mortgage.
If you've already paid the sewer for March, I would track down the transaction and link it. If it is already linked, I would try delinking it and relinking it.
For the paycheck, find the one that is the transaction and link it to the recurring one. Once you get things working, it should be better after this. I've had these things happen too, but I can usually track them down.
Good luck.

@Michellejs - I'm seeing the same inconsistencies with Spending Plans.

Can you give an example with screenshots? i.e. of a bill that was there one month and wasn't there another month that was set up as a recurring charge. I haven't noticed this problem, but of course that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. If something (a charge) is not in bills & income section, it should at least show up under either planned spending or other spending. No charges should be missed.
