@JMibrow, thanks for reaching out to the Community!
I would suggest giving the bank option listed as "Fidelity Inv & Retirement" a try.
Let us know how it goes!
Hi Natalie,
It actually works for my 401k account, but when try to use same bank option for my employee stocks account it shows user/password invalid…. the URL indicated in my original post is the one that works to access NetBenefits Fidelity employee stocks.
@JMibrow, thanks for the reply!
Everything I see on our end indicates that Fidelity NetBenefit accounts can be added using the OAuth connection for Fidelity, which is under "Fidelity Inv & Retirement" in Quicken Simplifi. Here is a recent example from another user:
If this bank option doesn't work to add the account, we will need more info:
You can also try the Finicity bank option for Fidelity, which is listed as "Fidelity Investments" in Quicken Simplifi. More info on using this alternate connection can be found in the 'Fidelity' section of this support article: https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/3359549-top-bank-download-solutions#h_078cbe4cc3
We look forward to your reply!
