Access to Fidelity NetBenefits Stock account

Hi,
im trying to add my Fidelity NetBenefits employee stock account to Simplifi, however i can't find the URL provided by my employer.
here is the corresponding url
is there any i can do to have access?

I would suggest giving the bank option listed as "Fidelity Inv & Retirement" a try.

Hi Natalie,
It actually works for my 401k account, but when try to use same bank option for my employee stocks account it shows user/password invalid…. the URL indicated in my original post is the one that works to access NetBenefits Fidelity employee stocks.

Everything I see on our end indicates that Fidelity NetBenefit accounts can be added using the OAuth connection for Fidelity, which is under "Fidelity Inv & Retirement" in Quicken Simplifi. Here is a recent example from another user:
If this bank option doesn't work to add the account, we will need more info:
- Has there been any activity in the account in the last 90 days?
- Is the account considered an external account (i.e. are you redirected to a different website when selecting the account on the bank's website)? If so, what URL are you redirected to?
- Is the account a subtype of a different account?
- Has the bank made any recent changes to its website or sign-in process?
- Are you the owner of the account?
You can also try the Finicity bank option for Fidelity, which is listed as "Fidelity Investments" in Quicken Simplifi. More info on using this alternate connection can be found in the 'Fidelity' section of this support article:
