Need to be able to link to servicing.mohela.com
I see that this issue goes back to November 24 and it has been mark as resolved but the discussions have been closed with out resolving the issue or proper followup.
When Mohela bought out Navient loans that transferred everyone a specific website to get to their loans….the site is servicing.mohela.com At that site you have to login with your credentials and then first time you need to add SSN and date of birth. People with this loan can not get in to their accounts through the Navient site or the mohela site,

@Altdata, thanks for reaching out!
To clarify, have you ever had this account connected in Quicken Simplifi? If so, are you receiving a specific error message or code for the account in Quicken Simplifi? And which bank option are you connected to?
If you have never connected this account in Quicken Simplifi, I would recommend giving the 'Navient Loans' option a try:
Please let us know how it goes!

To clarify the Navient account was accessible with Simplify until October 2024. In October 2024 Mohela bought the loans and the loan was no longer accessible through Navient. Navient gave a new website (servicing.mohela.com) for account holders to log into. Quicken Simplifi only gives two website option when setting up an account and neither of those options work for these loans. This has been discussed in several other posts and requests for help in the quicken community forum…That is why people are requesting a link update for mohela. There is not problem with the Mohela site. The problem is that Quicken simplify needs to update their options when setting up a Mohela account. I have again enclosed a screenshot of the Mohela site that need to be added. It is servicing.mohela.com.

@Altdata, thanks for the reply!
I don't see any connection attempts for you from our end for the Navient Loans bank option. We won't be able to diagnose the problem here in the Community, however, we can troubleshoot and then review cases for escalation based on the results. To begin troubleshooting, please give the Navient Loans bank option a try and let us know how it goes, please!

Well the last time it worked was in October of 2024. The loan does not belong to Navient anymore so it is unlikely it work. I replied with your request and received the following error: (To connect to Navient Loans, you must re-enter your credentials. If that does not work, try entering them on the website at Navient Loans to ensure they are correct.
Care Code: FDP-103). With the new website servicing.mohela.com the same account and credentials are used and it works on the website.

@Altdata, thanks for giving the Navient Loans option a try and posting back!
According to other servicing.mohela.com users, the Navient Loans option should work:
With that, when you click on the URL displayed for Navient Loans in Quicken Simplifi, are you able to sign into your account on the new tab that opens to the bank's website?
If not, please try the same thing with the 'Mohela - Federal Student Aid' bank option in Quicken Simplifi — see what happens when attempting to connect, and also see if you can sign into the page that opens to the bank's website when clicking on the URL displayed in Quicken Simplifi.
Let us know how it goes!
