Adding Investment Accounts to Quicken Simplify

I have tries to add my 3 Investment/401K type accounts to Quicken Simplify and they won’t go!
Any help on how you did this and what worked for you is much appreciated. Thanks for your help!

When viewing your account using the email address associated with your Community Profile, I don't see that you're subscribed to Quicken Simplifi, nor can I see any bank connection attempts, so we're unable to gain any insight into what's going on.
With that, please provide more details. Are you using the personal-only version of Quicken Simplifi, or are you on QBP? What banks are you experiencing the issue with? What specific issue are you experiencing?
The best way to have a connection issue looked at is to create a separate post for each bank/issue you're running into. You will want to provide lots of details regarding that particular issue so we are able to help you.
