    To all interested in this episode… I had a chat today with the engineering manager. I'm confident they understand the problem and have identified a potential solution. But given the players involved it might take some time to implement. I've offered to be a guinea pig for any testing or follow-on information.

    In the meantime. the workaround I have been using (Vanguard Personal for one account, and Vanguard Small Business for the other) has been successful for me, working uninterrupted since the summer.

    Also, for the record: Yes, it took a while, but I'm impressed with the fact that Simplifi reached out to me in this way. There are a lot of SAS companies that treat Community boards like this one as a black hole, but Simplifi is clearly not one of them.
