Why is cashflow showing as positive, but account is actually negative?

If I look at my credit card account on the dashboard, it is correctly showing a negative amount in my credit card account:

But if I go to the Cashflow tab under Bills and Income, it's showing the number in positive, and thus incorrectly reflecting my cashflow and future projections:

Am I doing something wrong, misunderstanding something, or is this a bug?

    Hello @cloudquick,

Thanks for reaching out! For credit card accounts, cash flow is actually plotted in reverse so that they show above the line within the projection. We do have an idea post that you can vote for and follow here that covers this topic as well:

    I hope this helps!

Thanks @Coach Jon - I've gone ahead and voted (I think?) and commented on the post you recommended.

I can't fathom why it would be laid out the way if currently is. Can you explain to me why it would be done this way so that I might better understand how I should be using the product? Thanks again!

    Hello @cloudquick,

Thanks for the reply! It is most likely charted this way because credit card accounts accumulate debt the way most other accounts accumulate money. Since they do accumulate debt, they would almost always be charted negatively if we did not do it this way. However, if enough users show interest in the idea post I shared the way you have, this can be changed in the future.
