Multi-factor authentication not working

I have noticed that over the last 1-2 days, all of my accounts with multi-factor authentication are not syncing. The usual pop-up to enter the code appears but no code comes through on my phone. I have checked, and I am able to log in to the accounts through their individual websites like normal. Is anyone else noticing this?

    @trewbux, thanks for posting to the Community with this issue!

    To clarify, is this issue occurring with multiple banks, or just a single bank? I'd recommend establishing a fresh connection with the bank(s) to see if doing so helps:

    1. Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
    2. Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
    3. If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here

    If the issue persists, we'll need to get some more info from you regarding the MFA specifically. If the issue is occurring with multiple banks, you'll want to create a separate post for each bank so each issue can be addressed individually. You'll want to provide the name of the bank and more details as to what specifically is occurring with that bank on each post.

    I think everything started working again on its own… Thanks for the help anyways!
