Add a warning that there are attachments when deleting a transaction (edited)

When attempting to delete a transaction there is no warning that there is attachment(s) to the transactions as there is when attempting to delete a category. The attached screen images will provide the visual.

Also, consistency in operation is always the objective as this makes for better heuristics and a user experience.
