Hello, I've found this discussion in the forums here and it worked last year to help me connect my Wex Health (HSA) accounts under the name Discovery Benefits. For several months now, it has not been connecting right. Today I tried logging in with my credentials and got in, with a notice that I needed to take action on Wex Health site. Logged in there and did that (read and agreed to new fund information), and that resulted in adding a new (to Simplifi) account - the FSA (yay!). However Simplifi is stil not updating my existing account information with current balance. I have signed in a few more times from Simplfi, and same result/alert:
"This financial institution needs your attention
We have lost connectivity to 2 of your accounts. To restore connectivity, you must reconnect with your FI.
(Care code: 169)"
Can anyone please advise what's needed to get these syncing correctly again?
