Rules for Exclusions

Apologies if this is a duplicate. I would like to have the ability to set a rule to automatically place exclusions on transactions. For instance, if I pay a specific charge via a specific account, I want to have a rule that this transaction is excluded from reports and my spending plan.

It would also be nice to be able to set a rule by the dollar amount a well. Perhaps if a charge falls within a range or if a charge is a specific value you can classify it via rule.

Ultimately, the rules are extremely limited and should be expanded.
