If you purchased from Quicken directly, the best way to request a refund for Quicken Simplifi is to contact our Support Team: https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/5077917-how-to-contact-support
We can help you with a refund from here in the Community as well; however, I don't see that you're actively subscribed to Quicken Simplifi using the email address associated with your Community Profile. Are you perhaps looking for a refund for Quicken Classic instead?
