Add a List View to Savings Goals (edited)

The current view of Savings Goals is not ideal - each goal is a large box, so I have to scroll to see them all if I create more than a few of them. They are also not in any kind of order, and cannot be dragged or moved.

Request: I'd like to be able to collapse each goal to a list view so I can see them all at once, and then click on the one I want to open. I'd also like to be able to sort or filter them, or put them in chronological order.
