Ability to budget for Bills in installments in the Spending Plan (edited)

Please add the ability to easily tailor the spending plan to budget for bills in two installments- for instance I get paid twice per month so when I have a larger bill that's due later in the month I would like to have the option in my Spending Plan to budget half of that bill from each of my paychecks that month. If I were to manually enter it as two different bills now they wouldn't sync with my transactions and I might as well just budget with pen and paper!

This was the way that Simple's budgeting feature worked within their checking account and it was wonderful!
