Citi Costco credit card shows slashed cloud (unavailable) even though updating. Why?
In my account list, my Citi Costco card has shown a "service unavailable" icon for quite a while now. But transactions update normally. Is this normal? Should I do anything?

I've been seeing this also. When I first signed on earlier this morning Costco Anywhere Citi updated as expected and no "Service currently unavailable" icon was showing. I just now opened QS to check on something, and noticed this:
As reported above, I have also seen this icon regularly although my account does stay up-to-date. I have simply ignored this icon but thought I'd add my experience to this thread if there is some need for troubleshooting this.

Thanks… I've seen that article. I was just concerned because the cloud icon is always present on my Costco Citi credit card account when I open Simplifi. It sometimes goes away after a while, but sometimes it doesn't — even though the account updates normally.
I guess that's normal… enough.

I've been seeing the cloud icon on my Citi Costco card since at least this post, but it does update anyway:

Fortunately, I haven't seen that icon for several months so I'll jinx it. I used to get it with Fidelity. I keep Simplifi open during the day and sync Fidelity once per day. I hate things like that when you cannot dismiss them.
Edit for clarification: I don't set Fidelity for once per day as I get an ugly icon; I just don't sync it during the day unless around noon when I know it will sync.
